What type of photography do you do at weddings?
Generally this is part of the initial consultation with the bride and groom to hone in on the overall look of their wedding photography. Most these days prefer a more journalistic, less posed style of photography. But group photos, and of course the preset portraits are included.
What type of equipment do you use?
I switched from Canon to Sony a few years ago and have had great success with it! Its lighter, the colors snap, and the quality of the glass in the lenses is superb. For lighting I use the best, Profoto. Its not the cheapest but the quality of the light is second to none.
Do you use a second shooter?
While this is popular with some companies, I can hire a second shooter if requested. When you hire me you are hiring my eyes, my sense of style and most importantly my work ethic. I find that I can usually perform and produce images of similar quality myself as well as any two or more photographers. No two people see things the same way, so a second photographer may not give you the images you expect from myself. But if you really wish a second photographer one may be found for an additional fee.
What if we need to make changes or adjustments?
I'm pretty easy to work with when last minute glitches need to be covered. Depending on the severity of the changes the fees may need adjustment, but I base it on the time it may take to accommodate those changes.
How soon can we expect to see our photos?
Working on deadlines has taught me the need for speed without sacrificing quality. I usually have your proofs up in a day or two. Time frame for finished images depends on what type of format they are expected, whether it be digital or print.
Do you schedule multiple shoots in a day?
Typically no, when you hire my services I'm yours alone for the time scheduled. You have my undivided attention.

- What are your hours?

Typically I'm Monday through Sunday for shoots and will take calls from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm. If I"m working at a shoot or unavailable I will get back to you at the earliest possible.
- Where are you located?

I'm located in Matthews, NC just outside Charlotte. I can travel as well as long as expenses are included in the fees. If within the Charlotte-Mecklenburg County area there is no charge.
- Do you accept reservations?

Of course! Simply go to the contact tab and enter your information to start the process towards the initial consultation. If agreed 50% up front payment secures your date and time.
- What payment options do you accept?

Paypal, Cash, or Zelle work for me.
- How long is the typical wait?

Proofs are usually available a couple days after the event, final images or product depend on what is requested and can be from 4-7 days for digital images to a couple weeks for an album.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the event. Any time closer to the event the 50% fee is forfeited.
